The Breach will only process refunds in exceptional circumstances, to a maximum of six months retroactive to the date of the request being received.

The Breach relies on subscriptions for our budget, and offering refunds is a threat to our ability to maintain our organizational functioning. We review refunds on a case-by-case basis.
